Hi! My name is Jacob!

A quick summary of me: A seasoned Geek Squad Manager that started with Best Buy 7 years ago as a part-time PC Sales Consultant. Expertise in various forms of technology, including tablets, PCs, Macs, aftermarket car electronics, as well as management and training. Experience with the entire Microsoft Office suite, PowerShell, Command Prompts, Atlassian Suite, PC Doctor, Windows OS, mac OS, Linux Distributions, and other software. Major strengths in computer diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and builds.

I recently graduated Salutatorian from Full Sail University with my Bachelor's Degree in Game Design. I'm extremely passionate about video games and can't wait to get started in the industry!

Alongside my aspirations of Game Design, I'm an A+ and ACiT IT Technician currently residing in Louisville, KY. I am currently working as a retail store manager and enjoy collecting vinyl records.
